Quay Australia offers two shipping options for customers in the contiguous US states (Alaska and Hawaii excluded): Standard, which costs $5 and takes 5-7 business days, and Express, which costs $20 and takes 2-3 business days. Customers outside the contiguous US states can expect their orders to take 2-4 weeks for delivery, and military bases can expect a 4-week delivery time. Tracking codes will be sent out to customers once their package has shipped. Quay Australia also offers free shipping for orders over $50.

90-day return window
Quay Australia offers a 30-day full refund policy for returned items. To make a return, customers must first go to the Quay Australia Returns page and sign up using their order number and billing zip code. They must then select the product they are returning and follow the instructions to complete the order. A $5 shipping charge will be taken from the refund, but a shipping label is provided in exchange. Customers must package the item with the invoice, return slip, and order info and make sure to carefully package it to avoid damage. Refunds will be issued once the glasses (tag, case, and all) have been returned. Jewelry replacements are available for 90 days from purchase. Returns after 30 days will only be eligible for credit.
