Refund requests must be emailed to support@properwild.com within 30 days of receiving the order, including full name, order email address, order type, order number, and refund reason. All purchases made directly on Proper Wild’s website are final sale, and returns are not accepted. For retail location purchases, customers should contact the retailer. Proof of purchase may be required. Products expiring within three months, damaged in transit, or defective will be replaced at no cost.
