Pit Viper Sunglasses ships all orders from The Pit Viper Center For World Domination in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, and orders placed before 12pm Mountain Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Mountain Time will ship out on the following business day. FedEx does not deliver on weekends, and carriers do not count weekends or the day the order ships towards shipping time. Customers will receive a tracking code and a video of the shipping process. Orders over $250 USD may require a signature upon delivery.

Pit Viper Sunglasses offers a 30-day return policy for items in pristine condition with all original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of delivery. Prepaid return labels are available for United States customers only, while international customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
