Pair of Thieves offers free shipping for all orders above $60 before tax and after discounts within the United States. Orders below $60 have a flat rate of $6. Processing time from the warehouse takes 3-4 business days, and shipping takes 4-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The brand is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Currently, Pair of Thieves only ships within the United States, but Canadian customers can purchase the brand on both amazon.com and amazon.ca.

Pair of Thieves offers a No Regrets Guarantee, which allows customers to return any product within 101 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, including free return shipping within the US.
