Pagerie offers worldwide shipping, with free domestic shipping for purchases of $200 or more. International shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days, subject to availability. Pagerie does not ship to P.O. boxes for security reasons. Once the order is shipped, a tracking link will be provided. Unfortunately, shipping address changes cannot be made once an order has been placed. All delivery options and prices are specified in the cart and checkout page before payment. Pagerie uses major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international orders.

Pagerie's return policy allows customers to exchange items for the same value or store credit within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original, pristine condition and packaging, and customers must include the original receipt or a copy if returning one item out of several purchased at the same time. Pagerie offers complimentary pre-paid postage return labels with FedEx® or UPS, which customers can request by emailing Pagerie. However, any exchange will be posted at the customer's expense. Merchandise that has been altered, sale items, and markdown items are non-returnable. Once Pagerie receives the returned item(s), customers should receive store credit within 7-10 business days, which is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
