Free shipping over $40
Onyx Coffee offers free shipping for domestic orders over $40. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed online and subscribers will receive their coffee on Tuesdays. For international orders, there is a flat rate shipping fee. Orders over $40 will be eligible for discounted shipping rates.
Onyx Coffee return policy
Coffee beans that arrive different from the order will be replaced within one week of purchase with photo documentation. Tea, chocolate, and honey that don't match orders will be replaced within two weeks of the original purchase date, and must be returned in original condition.
