Ollie’s Shipping Policy
For domestic customers, Ollie offers free shipping within the U.S. and delivers on a regular schedule according to your meal plan. However, the date may change if there is a major holiday or inclement weather. Ollie does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays due to weekend limitations. For purchases over a certain price, Ollie offers special shipping deals.For international customers, Ollie does not currently offer shipping outside of the U.S.
Ollie’s Return Policy
Ollie does not have a return or exchange policy, but offers a money-back guarantee for the Starter Box only. To return an item, customers must contact Ollie and provide proof of purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Ollie will process the refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the item. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
