Nice Wine offers two delivery options: Standard Shipping and Premium Shipping. Standard Shipping takes 2-3 working days from dispatch and is sent via Royal Mail, while Premium Shipping takes 1-2 working days and is sent via Yodel. Nice Wine dispatches orders placed by 2.00 pm on the same day, but due to the current situation, it may take up to 3 working days for dispatch. Nice Wine offers free standard shipping on all orders and premium shipping on all orders over £50.

Nice Wine's return policy allows consumers to cancel their contract within 14 days of receiving delivery and receive a refund, excluding the cost of delivery. To cancel the contract, customers must notify Nice Wine by email and return the products at their own expense within 14 days of notifying the company. If the products are faulty or misdescribed, customers have 30 days to reject all or part of the goods and receive a refund or have the faulty goods replaced. Nice Wine will pay for any reasonable costs of returning faulty products. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the product back.
