Nestig offers a shipping policy that calculates the cost based on the order size. For orders up to $50, the shipping cost is $5, while orders ranging from $50.01 to $100 cost $9 in shipping. Orders between $100.01 and $250 cost $15, while orders between $250.01 and $400 cost $25. Orders between $400.01 and $600 cost $39, and orders above $600.01 cost $49. Nestig also offers free returns on all qualifying orders, and all products excluding wallpaper are covered by a 60-day risk-free trial. However, at this time, Nestig is only able to ship its products to the USA.

Nestig offers a 60-day return policy for all of their products, except for cribs and full-sized crib mattresses, which require an email to returns@nestig.com to start the return process. If any items in an order are delivered before the crib, the return policy is extended until 30 days after the crib has been delivered. Customers are encouraged to use the product as they normally would during the return period. All Nestig returns are free, with the company providing a prepaid shipping label or arranging a pickup from the customer's residence. For cribs, a white glove team will pick up the item, while for other products, it is recommended to keep the original box for easier shipping.
