Kendamil offers shipping to UK addresses within 48 hours of order, except on weekends and bank holidays. Orders to Jersey and the Channel Islands are subject to cancellation and refund on a case-by-case basis. Delivery usually takes up to 5 working days. Subscription orders in the UK are shipped via DPD Tracked for free, while non-subscription orders under £59.99 are charged £3.99 for DPD Tracked delivery. Orders over £59.99 are shipped for free. For Isle of Man deliveries, DPD Delivery charges £9.99 for orders up to £59.99, £6.99 for orders between £59.99 and £149.99, and free for orders over £150.00. Kendamil does not deliver outside of the UK and retains the right to cancel orders shipped to known forwarding addresses.
Kendamil has a return policy that lasts for 14 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received. The original packaging must also be in good condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, along with the returns slip inside the parcel. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a certain amount of days and applied to the original method of payment. Kendamil only replaces items if they are defective or damaged.
