Moon Magic ships their magical jewelry worldwide from the USA, with standard delivery taking 2-5 business days domestically. International orders are shipped with DHL Express, with delivery times ranging from 2-10 working days depending on the country. Please note that due to Customs in Colombia and Mexico, shipments to these countries may experience delays. The brand does not currently ship to Singapore, Indonesia, Switzerland, South Africa, and various other countries. Moon Magic does not ship Express to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
Moon Magic offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with their jewelry purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must email Moon Magic to request a return address and RMA number. The item(s) must be returned within seven working days with the RMA number clearly written on the label or outside of the box. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to return the item(s) unless they opt for an exchange, in which case Moon Magic covers the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back out. Once the package arrives at the facility, it may take a few days for the warehouse staff to verify and account for everything. Moon Magic will confirm receipt of the return via email and finalize the process. Unused items in the same condition as received are eligible for a refund or exchange. Broken or defective items require a picture and a description of the issue. Moon Magic gift cards are non-refundable.
