Maxbone offers shipping worldwide, with estimated delivery times varying depending on location. For orders within the USA, customers can choose between UPS Ground and USPS First Class Package, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Orders with subscriptions to MB Eats products qualify for complimentary shipping. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on package dimensions and weight. Please note that the shipping fee does not include any import taxes or customs duties. Customers are responsible for any related fees upon import. Maxbone selects a shipping courier who will also act as the customs broker for the import of the package, as well as the collection of any customs duties and/or import taxes that are due. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers for the security of the order. Please note that due to current shipping restrictions, orders cannot be shipped to Russia.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving an order for refund or exchange if items are unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unused, with original maxbone tags attached and original packaging included. Grooming items, treats, food products, gift cards, gift sets, free BOGO items, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
