Maxbone offers shipping worldwide, with estimated delivery times varying depending on location. For orders within the USA, customers can choose between UPS Ground and USPS First Class Package, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Orders with subscriptions to MB Eats products qualify for complimentary shipping. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on package dimensions and weight. Please note that the shipping fee does not include any import taxes or customs duties. Customers are responsible for any related fees upon import. Maxbone selects a shipping courier who will also act as the customs broker for the import of the package, as well as the collection of any customs duties and/or import taxes that are due. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers for the security of the order. Please note that due to current shipping restrictions, orders cannot be shipped to Russia.

Max Bone offers a 14-day return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused condition. Grooming items, treats, gift cards, food products, gift sets, and free items from BOGO promotions are not eligible for return. Clearance sale items and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers must include all items from a bundle in their return package if they purchased a GO! With Ease Bundle or Hazel Leash Bundle. Max Bone reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with their return policy, and rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
