Orders with subscriptions to MB Eats products qualify for complimentary shipping. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on package dimensions and weight. Max Bone offers a 14-day return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Grooming items, treats, gift cards, food products, gift sets, and free items from BOGO promotions are not eligible for return. Clearance sale items and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers must include all items from a bundle in their return package if they purchased a GO! Max Bone reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with their return policy, and rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
