Manukora uses UPS to deliver all orders within the USA. Orders are processed within 1 day and typically take 5 days to arrive. However, orders placed after 12 pm (CDT) on Friday will not be packed until the following Monday. Shipping is free for orders over $50, while orders below $50 will incur a flat fee of $7.99. Hawaii customers can expect their orders to arrive in approximately 16 days, while Alaska customers can expect their orders to arrive in approximately 9 days. Manukora recommends using a street address for delivery as UPS has a delay with delivering to PO boxes.

Manukora does not accept returns for their honey products as they are considered food items. However, if a customer receives an incorrect or defective product, Manukora will replace it at no cost. To initiate a replacement, the customer must provide the batch number located on the back of the jar and any photos of the issue.
