Maev, Inc. has a domestic shipping policy that processes all orders within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays may occur, and if there will be a significant delay, customers will be contacted via email or telephone. Maev, Inc. currently does not ship to PO, APO, or FPO box addresses. Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once their order has shipped, including tracking information that will be active within 24 hours.

Maev has a strict return policy for food and perishable products. Once these items have shipped from their facilities, they cannot be returned. If a customer encounters an issue with their order, they should reach out to Maev for assistance. It is important to note that Maev does not accept returns on these types of products.
