LUGOT return policy
LUGOT has a return policy that lasts for 2 weeks. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you received your order, unfortunately, they are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and it must be in the original packaging with all tags intact. Gift cards are non-returnable. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, customers should contact LUGOT at shop@lugot.se to receive a shipping label to attach to the package. The email should be named with "RETURN" and the order number. Customers should not send their purchase back before contacting LUGOT, as this may affect the refund. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. The shipping costs for returns are as follows: 100SEK / 11 euros for Sweden, 150SEK / 16 euros for the EU, and 350SEK / 30 euros for the rest of the world.
