This environmentally friendly shipping option typically takes 4-6 business days for delivery within Europe. For customers in Sweden, the delivery time is shorter, ranging from 2-4 business days. Additionally, LUGOT provides a priority shipping option for an additional cost of 15-25 Eur. With priority shipping, customers in Sweden can expect their orders to arrive within 1-2 business days, while customers within the EU can expect delivery within 2-4 business days. International customers can expect their orders to arrive within 3-10 business days. It is important to note that delivery times are guidelines only and that delivery to a personal address may result in longer delivery times.
LUGOT has a return policy that lasts for 2 weeks. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you received your order, unfortunately, they are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and it must be in the original packaging with all tags intact. Gift cards are non-returnable. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, customers should contact LUGOT at shop@lugot.se to receive a shipping label to attach to the package. The email should be named with "RETURN" and the order number. Customers should not send their purchase back before contacting LUGOT, as this may affect the refund.
