Lucky Saint has a return policy that allows customers to arrange returns within 14 days of receiving their order. The items being returned must be in their original condition and a Returns Form must be downloaded and completed. Once the return is received and checked, a refund (excluding the original shipping cost) will be processed and the customer will receive an email notification. Funds will be returned to the same account used for the purchase within 5-10 working days. If an order is faulty or damaged, customers can contact Lucky Saint to obtain a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt. If a delivery is clearly damaged upon receipt, customers can refuse delivery and inform the courier for a refund.
