Loisa offers free 2-Day Priority Shipping for all orders over $49 within the continental US and Puerto Rico. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. For orders under $49, shipping costs $7.95. At this time, Loisa does not ship internationally.

Loisa offers a hassle-free return policy for their kitchenware products purchased from their website. Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a refund or exchange. All products must be returned in their original packaging and include all pieces. If items are returned in poor condition or missing pieces, Loisa reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. The company does not issue returns or exchanges for items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect. However, for pantry products such as seasonings, spices, sauces, and more, Loisa does not accept returns of opened items.
