All products must be returned in their original packaging and include all pieces. If items are returned in poor condition or missing pieces, Loisa reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. The company does not issue returns or exchanges for items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect. However, for pantry products such as seasonings, spices, sauces, and more, Loisa does not accept returns of opened items.
