Lively offers free domestic shipping for orders $50 and over, along with free returns. Expedited shipping options are available for a fee, and orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. However, there may be delays in processing due to COVID-19 and warehouse transitions. For fragrance orders, shipping is ground-only and may take 7-10 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, Lively does not currently offer free shipping to U.S. territories or international shipping. Customers outside of the United States may want to check out Lively's collection with Nordstrom, or use a freight forwarder like HopShopGo.
Lively has a 30-day return policy for all merchandise that is unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with LIVELY tags attached. However, they do not accept returns on undies or bodysuits due to health and safety reasons. Swimsuits and swim bottoms must be returned with the hygienic liner attached and untampered with. Eau de parfum is final sale, while roller balls and candles are eligible for return. To initiate a return, customers should visit returns.wearlively.com and use the generated shipping label to package their item(s). Return shipping is via the US Postal Service and can be dropped at any post office location. Customers must print and attach the LIVELY return label for the return to be processed. International sales are considered final, and order shipping costs are not refunded.
