Lively has a 30-day return policy for all merchandise that is unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with LIVELY tags attached. However, they do not accept returns on undies or bodysuits due to health and safety reasons. Swimsuits and swim bottoms must be returned with the hygienic liner attached and untampered with. Eau de parfum is final sale, while roller balls and candles are eligible for return. To initiate a return, customers should visit returns.wearlively.com and use the generated shipping label to package their item(s). Return shipping is via the US Postal Service and can be dropped at any post office location. Customers must print and attach the LIVELY return label for the return to be processed. International sales are considered final, and order shipping costs are not refunded.
