Liquid Death has a 30-day return/exchange policy on most items. Final Sale items cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. If an item was redeemed with skulls, customers should email the company to initiate a return. Liquid Death reserves the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in new condition.
