Liquid Death's Shipping Policy

Liquid Death offers free shipping on merch orders of $75 or more within the U.S. For orders under $75, there is a flat shipping rate of $6. Unfortunately, at this time, the brand only ships merch within the U.S. Merch ordered through liquiddeath.com typically takes about 3-5 business days to arrive, although some orders may take up to two weeks. For water orders, tracking is provided by the retailer you ordered through.

Liquid Death's Return Policy

Liquid Death has a 30-day return/exchange policy on most items. Final Sale items cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. If an item was redeemed with skulls, customers should email the company to initiate a return. Liquid Death reserves the right to adjust returns if the original items are not received in new condition. Returns are usually processed quickly, but customers should allow up to 7 business days from when the company receives the items for their account to be refunded.
