Laylo offers a 30-day no questions asked return policy for their products. If a customer's dog doesn't love the product or if they change their mind, they can contact Laylo within 30 days of their delivery date to initiate a return. Customers are asked to clean their dog's paws before letting them use the product, and returns will receive a prepaid return label. Once the item is inspected, customers will receive a full refund minus a $10 combined shipping and restocking fee. After 30 days, returns for dirty or damaged items will not be accepted. Laylo does not accept returns on items that cannot be resold.
