La Matera offers same-day fulfillment for all in-stock orders received before 2 PM ET. However, due to high volumes caused by COVID-19, shipping carriers may experience delays, and it is not uncommon for parcels to take more than 10 days to arrive. The brand recommends shopping early to account for potential delays. La Matera has provided holiday shipping cutoff dates for free standard shipping, 2-day shipping, and overnight shipping to receive orders by December 24, 2020.
La Matera has a customer-friendly return policy. Products can be exchanged within 45 days from the date of purchase or returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or store credit. The item must be in new condition and unworn/unused. If the item was purchased from one of their retail partners, the customer should return or exchange the item with the retailer. La Matera also offers savings on bundles and accepts exchanges for styles or sizes. If a customer would like to return part of their bundle, a refund will be given for the original sale price less the discount, and the remaining item(s) will be at full price.
