Knockaround return policy
30-day return window
Knockaround offers a 30-day return/exchange period for their products. To initiate a return, customers can visit their return center and submit a request. The returned/exchanged item must be in 100% resalable condition, meaning it must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. The time frame for returns begins at the original purchase date. Once the product is returned to their warehouse and passes a quick inspection, Knockaround will process the refund to the original payment method used during checkout. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to process, and original shipping charges will not be included in the refund. Some items, such as Custom Shop products, Limited Edition pairs, and items marked as final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.
