Knix's orders will be shipped from a single warehouse, but there is a possibility that orders may be shipped from multiple warehouse locations. In such cases, customers may receive their orders in separate packages, and tracking information for each package will be provided when available. Delivery timelines are available at checkout and are measured in business days, excluding holidays.
Knix offers a flexible return policy for most of its products. Bras, tops, shapewear, masks, reusable pads, and leakproof nursing pads can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Underwear can be exchanged for another size, style, or store credit within the same time frame, but refunds are not available. Swimwear can also be returned or exchanged within 30 days, provided the original sanitary strip and tags are still attached. Clothing items, including leggings, sweats, t-shirts, socks, and sleepwear, are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days, but they must be unworn with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange. Sale items with a 20% or more discount or items purchased from the Last Call section can be exchanged for another item or store credit. However, items marked as "Warehouse Sale" or "Black Friday Deal" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Knix does not accept returns or exchanges for items received for free, gifts with purchase, original shipping fees, egift cards, items purchased from third-party sellers, or washbags. Customers who wish to return or exchange an item must contact Knix for a personal fit consultation before returning for the right size.
