Kabo's shipping policy states that the first charge will occur when the first order is placed. Subsequent orders will be charged to the card on file on Fridays at 12:00PM EST the week before delivery. For instance, if the box is due on Wednesday, the payment will be processed on the Friday before.

Kabo accepts returns within 30 days of receiving the kibble. To initiate a return, the customer must send the product back to Kabo Labs Inc in Toronto, Canada. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees. The product must be in donatable condition and have at least 80% of the content in the bag. Once Kabo receives the returned kibble, they will issue a refund within 5 business days.
