Kabo's shipping policy states that the first charge will occur when the first order is placed. Subsequent orders will be charged to the card on file on Fridays at 12:00PM EST the week before delivery. For instance, if the box is due on Wednesday, the payment will be processed on the Friday before.

Physical returns of food products are not accepted due to health and safety reasons since meals are freshly cooked and perishable. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders can be reported within 14 days for a replacement or refund at Kabo's discretion.
