For UK customers, there are three shipping options available. Royal Mail Standard Shipping is free and takes 3-5 working days to arrive, while Royal Mail Tracked Shipping costs £1.99 and takes 2 working days to arrive. DPD Express Shipping costs £4.99 and is delivered the next business day for orders placed before 2pm each weekday. International customers have two shipping options to choose from, with Tracked International Shipping being free for European customers, costing £9.99 for customers in Canada, Australia, Singapore and the UAE, and taking between 3 and 14 working days to arrive. DHL Express International Shipping is available for an additional cost and takes between 1 and 4 working days to arrive depending on the destination. Just Wears offers a 30-day exchange policy for their underwear. If the first pair of underwear doesn't fit properly, the company will exchange it for free within 30 days. If the customer doesn't like the style, they can receive a full refund on their first pair. However, the company cannot accept returns of any used pairs of underwear due to health and safety reasons. Customers must email or message the company to initiate an exchange or refund. Just Wears does not accept returns or refunds for face masks. If a customer receives the wrong item or a damaged item, they should contact the company immediately.
