Customers are not charged for return shipping, and all orders are eligible for complimentary return shipping. To initiate a return or exchange request, customers in the US can visit the designated page on the company's website, while international customers can email customercare@homer.com to receive a return authorization and shipping label. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with a proof of purchase. Altered or engraved merchandise cannot be returned.
