Hint's Shipping Policy

Hint offers shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only. They do not ship to FPOs, APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and they do not ship internationally. For orders of 1 or 2 cases, including Hint subscriptions, they offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99. Orders of 3 or more cases receive free shipping. Orders placed Monday through Friday morning typically ship within 24 hours, while orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday night will ship on Monday. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been packed and assigned a tracking number.

Hint's Return Policy

Hint does not accept returns of product, product exchanges, or refunds. However, if an order is damaged in transit or the wrong order is received, customers should contact customer service immediately to receive a replacement or an equal exchange credit. If there is a quality issue with the Hint water, customers should take note of the code and "best by" date printed on the bottle and contact customer service for a case-by-case resolution.
