Great Heights offers a 100 day return policy for their lab-grown diamonds and jewelry. Customers can return their purchase within 100 days, along with the Lab Created diamond certificate (if applicable) for a full refund or exchange. The company will pay for the cost of return shipping on all ring and loose Lab Created diamond returns by providing customers with a prepaid return shipping label. All returned items must be in their original, out-of-the-box condition and include all documentation. Custom pieces, engraved items, and resized items are not eligible for return. The refund process can take up to seven business days from receipt. Customers must obtain a return shipping authorization code from the company prior to returning their purchase. If the packaging does not meet the company's standards or the return authorization code is not included, the customer may be charged a restocking fee of $150.
