Götrich offers worldwide shipping for their products. The brand's Web Shop is open 24/7, but deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays. Once an order is received, Götrich processes, ships, and delivers it as quickly as possible. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once their order leaves the storage facility. The responsibility for delivering the order to the customer's address lies with the carrier after it has left Götrich's storage. If a package is not collected or received within 14 days, it will be sent back to Götrich, and the customer will be charged a fee of 299 SEK to cover administrative, shipping, and handling costs. Götrich offers free shipping within Sweden using DHL, with delivery to the nearest delivery point. The normal delivery time within Sweden is between 2 and 4 business days. For other countries, Götrich ships with UPS, delivering to the customer's address. The normal delivery time for international orders is between 5 and 7 business days. Currently, Götrich offers free worldwide shipping for orders above 150€, while orders below 150€ are charged a 10€ shipping fee. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Götrich ships according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning that they do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes on orders outside the EU. Customers should contact their local customs office for more information on these charges, which are non-refundable upon return of the order.

Götrich has a return policy that allows customers to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in perfect condition, unused, with the price tag and labels intact, and in its original packaging. Embossed items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, customers can send an email to returns@baron.se to receive a return slip, including their order number. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the company at the provided address in Stockholm, Sweden. Once the item has been received, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days, either to the original purchaser's credit card or the bank account used for payment. However, it is mentioned that the refund process may be faster. The return policy does not apply to international orders, as free returns are not provided. It is also important to note that Götrich offers a 3-year warranty on all products, and claims for defects must be made immediately with proof of purchase.
