Good Mylk Co. offers shipping for their frozen and powdered products. Frozen products are shipped via FedEx 2Day while powdered products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping times may be delayed due to record volumes of e-commerce orders, COVID-19 closures, weather events, and limited employee availability. Most orders will ship within 2-10 business days.
Good Mylk does not accept returns on their perishable products due to the inability to restock or resell them. However, they do offer refunds and replacements for damaged items unrelated to the carrier, late delivery, improper handling caused by the carrier, and missing items. Customers must report any issues with their order to receive a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, credit towards their next order, or a replacement of the product in question. The brand does not accept returns for incorrect addresses provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to their terms and conditions, late delivery due to incorrect address, or inability to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date. Customers should review their shipping address before ordering and contact Good Mylk to assist with any adjustments. If a customer needs to reship an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date, they will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment. If approved for a refund, it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
