However, delivery times vary depending on the location of the customer. For Australian members, East Coast deliveries take 1-2 business days, while West Coast deliveries take 5-7 business days. For UK members, mainland deliveries take 2-3 business days, while Northern Ireland and British Islands deliveries take 3-5 business days. Good Pair Days offers free shipping for orders with four or more paid bottles, with a flat rate of $9 for Australia and £5 for the UK. Unfortunately, they do not currently deliver to Republic of Ireland, JE & GY postcodes, or PO Boxes.

Good Pair Days has a customer-friendly return policy that takes full responsibility for any mistake made by the company. If a customer receives the wrong wine, a flawed or faulty bottle, a damaged product during transit, or if they don't like a recommended bottle, the company will make things right without burdening the customer with the hassle of returning it. The company does not ask customers to return the wine and will make up for it in the next box.
