Good Boy offers a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase or within 10 days of your package being delivered. Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items discounted more than 40% off are final sale. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging or tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. Made to Order Long Lines, Custom Walk by Good Boy Orders, Hand Stamped Dog Tags, and items discounted more than 40% off are final sale. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. When returning, include a note with the order number and exchange/refund preference. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach the customer may vary. Defective items are eligible for replacement within 30 days of purchase.
