Forthglade offers free delivery on all orders over £30 within the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery is available from £3.99 and is delivered within 3-5 working days. Next day UK delivery is available from £5.99 or £2.99 for orders over £30. Orders placed before 6pm (Monday-Thursday) using the next day UK delivery service will be dispatched the same working day. For international shipping, we do not have any information available at this time. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply to deliveries in Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands & offshore islands. Forthglade uses a variety of delivery options and couriers including DHL, Evri (formally Hermes), and DPD.

If any items were sent in error, the company will fully refund the reasonable cost of the items. However, customers must inform the company within 14 days of receiving the delivery if the contents were not what they expected. If a faulty product is received, customers should contact the company with the batch details of the faulty product. Batch details can be found on the short side of the plastic tray for wet food or on the reverse of the bag for dry food and treats.
