Fabfitfun offers different shipping timelines depending on the type of order. FabFitFun Boxes, Add-Ons, Additional Choice items, Ship With Box Subscriptions, and Boost items generally ship within 30 days of the season's billing day. Edit Sale & Flash Sales orders ship within 14 days of successful billing, while Shop Orders ship within 5 business days. Drop Ship items will be shipped directly from the outside retailer within 3 weeks of billing. Shipping costs vary depending on the location. Continental US shipping for seasonal boxes and orders over $49 USD is free, while orders under $49 USD incur a $6.95 USD shipping fee. Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for orders over $49 USD is $8 USD, and orders under $49 USD incur a $14.95 USD shipping fee. UK shipping for orders over $49 USD is $5 USD, while orders under $49 USD incur an $11.95 USD shipping fee. Add-Ons always ship free with the box.

FabFitFun's return policy states that all sales are final and the company does not accept returns or exchanges of any of their products, including FabFitFun Boxes, Add-Ons, Boost items, reFill items, additional choice items, Shop orders, or Edit/Flash Sale orders. Any returns made to the company will not be eligible for a refund. However, if there is an issue with a received order such as missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s), customers must report it within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Customers can contact the Customer Care Team via the black Support widget at the bottom of the screen to file a claim and/or get their items replaced.
