Enso Rings offers free standard shipping for orders over $100 within the US. For domestic shipping, processing takes 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 5-7 business days. International shipping also takes 1-2 business days for processing, but shipping takes longer at 10-14 business days. The shipping times do not include the day of shipment or processing time. Shipping costs $5.99 USD for domestic orders and $11.99 USD for international orders. If there are any issues with the order's tracking history, customers should notify Enso Rings within 90 days of the shipping date for assistance. Please note that Enso Rings' Disney and Star Wars products are only sold within the US and Canada.

Enso Rings allows for exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item, provided that it is not an Inked ring or Enso Exclusive. Exchanges can include a different size, color, or style. The first exchange for a new size or color is free for domestic orders, but any subsequent exchanges will require the customer to cover shipping and handling charges. International exchanges will have the cost of shipping the new item covered by Enso Rings, but the customer will need to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item. Engraving fees are nonrefundable due to the customized nature of the process. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product, except for Inked rings, Enso Exclusives, and clearance items.
