For domestic orders in the US, Eberjey offers three shipping speeds and prices. Standard shipping is $7 with no arrival time listed, expedited shipping is $17 with a 2-3 business day arrival time, and overnight shipping is $28 with a 1 business day arrival time. Tracking is provided after purchase and available online through an account or with an order number emailed once the package has shipped. Eberjey no longer offers international shipping, but products are available for order through retail partners. For purchases over a certain price, customers may be eligible for free shipping or other shipping deals.
Eberjey offers returns within 30 days of the invoice for unworn, unwashed items with original hygiene strips and tags. Customized items with monograms and items that pose a hygiene issue, such as worn panties, swim bottoms, and beauty products, are not eligible for return. To return an item, use the online return portal and submit the return, then ship the package with the label emailed to you. Alternatively, you can ship with your own provider to the specified address. If your item arrived damaged or defective, email customer service within 7 days of its arrival. Exchanges are not currently offered, and the company does not specify how long it takes to process a return.
