Drink Almighty's Shipping Policy

Drink Almighty is currently shipping orders during Level 3, but there may be delays due to increased courier traffic. The brand aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery times are 1-2 business days for North Island delivery, 2-3 business days for South Island delivery, and an additional 1-3 business days for rural delivery. There is no Saturday delivery available. All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

Drink Almighty's Return Policy

Drink Almighty allows returns for wrong or faulty products received within 30 days of delivery. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges are available for damaged items, and the company will work through the process of return and send a replacement. Once a returned order is received, Drink Almighty will inspect it and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
