Doona offers free economy shipping within the continental US for orders over $75, while all other orders will be shipped for a flat fee of $7.90. The delivery time is 5-10 business days from the order date, with orders being processed within 1-3 business days. An adult signature is required for all orders due to the high value of their products, and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, customers can contact them directly.

Doona offers a 100-day return policy for their products. Customers may return their item within 100 days from the purchase date, and for the first 30 days, returns are free of charge. After this period, customers are responsible for shipping fees, and a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. To start a return, customers must contact Doona within 100 days from the purchase date. The merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and in new condition with all stickers and inserts included. Original shipment and handling charges are non-refundable, and refunds can only be given to the original form of payment. Products returned after 100 days of the purchase date will be refused or returned to the customer. Once the return is approved, Doona will provide a return label, and all returned products will be inspected by their Customer Service team upon receipt.
