Bulk orders are priced based on weight and are automatically calculated at checkout. International shipping is available to select countries, with costs and delivery times varying based on location. However, shipping to Canada and the US is currently paused due to changing restrictions at the border, while shipping to Europe is experiencing delays.
Doisy & Dam has a 30-day return policy. If there are any issues with the product, customers can contact the company for assistance. Refunds are available for unused items in their original packaging, but as the products are perishable, customers must take photos of the product instead of returning it. Mystery boxes and gift cards are non-refundable. The company will send an email to notify customers of the approval or rejection of their refund, and refunds will be processed within a certain amount of days. Sale items cannot be refunded.
