Diamond Foundry offers fast shipping for loose diamonds and in-stock jewelry items, with a delivery time of 1-2 business days. Custom-made jewelry items take 2 weeks to ship from the date of order placement. The brand ships via UPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders. However, they do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. All items must be shipped to a physical address. Shipment to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia is available via DHL Express. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout with the shipping rate. The brand is not responsible for shipments once they are delivered to the address specified at checkout.

Diamond Foundry offers a 30-day return policy for non-customized jewelry and loose diamonds for a full refund on orders within the US. International returns are not accepted at this time. The returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. However, all engagement rings and made-to-order jewelry are final sale. Customers can cancel made-to-order pieces within 24 hours of placing the order. After the 24-hour cancellation period, all made-to-order sales are final and subject to a restocking fee of up to $900.
