Crown & Caliber offers free shipping for all shipments within the US and US territories. For purchases, someone over the age of 18 must be available to sign for the watch package upon delivery. To ensure that your watch is fully insured during transit, they provide clear instructions on how to pack and ship your watch. Customers are required to print out two shipping labels, pack their watch, watch box, and accessories in two sturdy boxes, and schedule a FedEx pick-up or drop their package off at an authorized FedEx shipping facility.

Crown & Caliber offers a return policy for their luxury watch purchases. Customers must contact the company within seven days of shipment to request a return merchandise authorization number. The item must be returned within 14 days of the original shipment date in both an inner and outer box, including all original accessories and paperwork. If the one-time use sticker has been removed or altered, the watch will be put through an inspection process, and a 10% inspection fee up to $500 will be deducted from the refund. The company processes refunds within 10 business days of receiving the item. Canadian buyers have the same return policy as domestic buyers, while international buyers must cover return shipping costs and any customs fees or taxes incurred. The company does not reimburse customs fees and taxes for international shipments.
