Crosstown Doughnuts offers delivery across most of the UK from Tuesday to Saturday. Customers are not able to choose a delivery time, and the vast majority of orders arrive before 2pm on the selected delivery date. In rare cases where there are delays, Crosstown Doughnuts will contact the customer to discuss.

Crosstown Doughnuts has a return policy that allows customers to return merchandise within 14 days of receiving their order. To make a return, customers must download and print the returns form from the website and follow the instructions provided. All returns must be made via post, and in-store returns are not accepted.
