Crafty Ramen offers ramen kits that can be prepared at home in just 15 minutes, perfect for noodle enthusiasts, busy professionals, or quality time with the family. Their menu features a variety of ramen styles, including vegan/vegetarian and pork-free options. Crafty Ramen takes pride in making their menu items from scratch, including their broths, tares and oils, and noodles, which are made daily by their dedicated Noodle Maker. Crafty Ramen has a well-structured shipping policy that ensures customers receive their orders in the best possible condition. The order cut-off for the following week's delivery dates is on Sunday at 11:59 pm, and customers select a shipping date from their cart. The brand works to maintain the highest standards of food safety in regards to shipping perishable products, and takes many measures to ensure food arrives cold. However, once the package is passed on to the shipping partners, there are a number of things outside of the brand's control that can affect the quality of the experience. Crafty Ramen is unable to guarantee a time of delivery, and most shipping partners deliver between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Shipping cost for Ontario orders is $7.99 and $9.99 for British Columbia, including both one-time and subscription orders.

Crafty Ramen does not offer returns, refunds or cancellations for any orders that have already shipped due to the perishable nature of the food. Customers who encounter any issues with their order are encouraged to contact the brand's customer service team.
