Couple offers a 60-day return policy for their rings. Customers can return their ring for resizing, exchange, or a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Free returns are available to customers in the US and Canada, limited to two per customer. Engraved rings cannot be returned. To initiate a return or exchange, customers can call the toll-free number provided and will receive packing instructions and a pre-paid, fully-insured FedEx label within 2 business days. All refunds will be processed within 14 days and refunded to the original payment method. Returned items must be undamaged and in new and unused condition. Any jewelry showing signs of wear or alteration cannot be returned.
