Free returns are available to customers in the US and Canada, limited to two per customer. Engraved rings cannot be returned. To initiate a return or exchange, customers can call the toll-free number provided and will receive packing instructions and a pre-paid, fully-insured FedEx label within 2 business days. All refunds will be processed within 14 days and refunded to the original payment method. Returned items must be undamaged and in new and unused condition.
