Common Era offers free standard shipping globally for all orders. Expedited US shipping is available for a flat rate of $10. The brand uses Route to offer shipping insurance for a few dollars per order, which is automatically selected at checkout. Solid gold pieces are crafted in the brand's NYC studio and have different lead times depending on the complexity of the piece. Molten collection pieces have a lead time of 2 weeks, Muses take 3-4 weeks, and Original goddesses take 4 weeks. Silver and vermeil orders ship from the brand's fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas. International customers may need to pay VAT when their package arrives in their country, and the brand does not have the ability to collect or pay VAT on behalf of the customer. However, international shipping is free and the brand does not charge any extra fees for this.
Common Era offers a change of mind return policy that lasts for 45 days from the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customized pieces and digital gift cards are not eligible for return. International customers are responsible for shipping costs.
