Clear Cut offers shipping to both residences and offices, as long as there is a trusted adult available to sign for the package upon delivery. Customers can also choose to have their package shipped to a nearby FedEx facility for pick up. The brand ships via FedEx priority overnight, fully insured, and in a discreet, unmarked box. Shipping is only available Monday through Thursday, and if customers need to change the shipping address, they must inform Clear Cut by noon on the day the ring is being shipped.

Clear Cut does not offer refunds or exchanges as each piece is custom made to order. However, the brand does offer upgrades for select pieces upon request and resizes and repairs for both selected collection pieces and engagement rings.
