Guaranteed Saturday delivery is also available, but orders must be placed before 12 noon on Friday. Standard delivery within the UK is free and takes 2-5 working days. Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world costs £8, with delivery times ranging from 7-15 working days.

Chained+Able offers a return policy for their products within 14 days of receiving the orders. However, this does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specification, personalized, liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery. Customers are responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling the company to sell the product as new.
