Express shipping to metro areas for orders under $100 takes an estimated 1-3 business days and costs $8.99, while express shipping for orders over $100 is free and takes an estimated 1-3 business days. International shipping is available through DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days and duties and taxes dependent on the destination country. International customers are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and fees outlined by local customs authority. Pre-orders are also available, with the dispatch date being a guide only. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped when the final item arrives, unless separate orders are placed.

CENDRÉ offers a refund on purchases if the customer is not completely satisfied. However, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
