CENDRÉ offers both standard and express shipping services for customers in Australia. Standard shipping to metro areas for orders under $100 takes an estimated 2-7 business days and costs $5.99. Express shipping to metro areas for orders under $100 takes an estimated 1-3 business days and costs $8.99, while express shipping for orders over $100 is free and takes an estimated 1-3 business days. International shipping is available through DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days and duties and taxes dependent on the destination country. International customers are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and fees outlined by local customs authority. Pre-orders are also available, with the dispatch date being a guide only. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped when the final item arrives, unless separate orders are placed.

CENDRÉ offers a refund on purchases if the customer is not completely satisfied. However, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. The customer must return the purchase within 14 days (domestic orders) or 30 days (international orders) from the fulfilment date. Items must be returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging. If items are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process, the responsibility will be held by the customer. Once returned products have been received and inspected by CENDRÉ, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
