Caraa offers global shipping, including to PO boxes and military bases. The brand offers complimentary standard shipping for all orders $35 and higher to the 48 contiguous US states. International shipping charges vary depending on the location, with Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories costing an additional $30, Canada costing $45, Central & South America costing $65, Asia costing $75, Europe and UK costing $65, Middle East and Africa costing $110, and Oceania costing $85. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery for international orders. The brand strives to ship all orders placed before 12:00PM (ET) within 2 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected, unless the item is on preorder. Preorder items will ship on the date specified on the collection, product, and cart pages. Domestic packages typically take up to 5 business days once shipped to arrive. If the option to expedite ship does not appear at checkout, customers can email hello@caraa.co to request expedited shipping.

Caraa offers returns and exchanges on new and unused items within 21 days of shipment, except for final sale items such as masks, croco, vaqueta, and sale items. Customers can initiate returns and exchanges by visiting caraa.loopreturns.com or emailing hello@caraa.co in the case of a manufacturing defect within 48 hours of receiving the order. Customers can exchange eligible items for any available item on the site or receive full purchase amount in store credit. However, all returns are charged a flat $12 fee upon refund, which is deducted from the total refund amount. Caraa does not accept any items that appear used, worn, or are missing components like dust bags or shoe bags. If the return is not accepted, the customer will be notified and the item will be returned back to them. The company is unable to provide shipping labels for international returns at this time, and any shipping costs, duties, or taxes collected upon delivery will be nonrefundable.
