Camp's Shipping Policy

Camp's shipping policy states that they currently ship to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping costs $8, but orders over $30 qualify for free shipping. Most orders within the USA will arrive within 7-10 business days, while orders to Canada will take longer, with most arriving within 7-21 business days. However, the brand does their best to get shipments to customers sooner than the estimated delivery times. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order ships.

Camp's Return Policy

Camp has a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Customers must contact Camp at help@eatcamp.com to initiate a return and receive a return shipping label. Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately upon receipt. Exchanges are not currently offered, but customers can initiate a return for the incorrect item and make a separate purchase for the correct item. Once Camp receives and inspects the returned item, customers will be notified of the approval status and refunded on their original payment method.
